Terms of Service

By installing or using BaseReach, your organisation ("you") agrees to these terms with SysTransform ("we"). If you install BaseReach on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The service

BaseReach lets you send WhatsApp messages to the contacts in a Lark Base table through your own WhatsApp Web session, records the result on each row, and shows replies in the panel. We may change or improve features over time.

Your responsibilities

You message only people who agreed to hear from you, and you comply with WhatsApp's terms of service and the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and data protection law.
You are responsible for the content of your messages and for the contact data in your Base.
BaseReach uses your own WhatsApp account. WhatsApp may limit or ban accounts that send unsolicited or high-volume messages. We cannot prevent or reverse that, and you accept this risk when you use BaseReach.
You must not use BaseReach to send fraudulent, unlawful, misleading or abusive messages.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. BaseReach depends on Lark Base and WhatsApp Web, which change without notice; sending may stop working until we release an update. Support is available at support@systransform.ai.

Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BaseReach is provided free of charge during its initial period. Any paid plans will be announced with notice, based on the usage counts described in the Privacy Policy.

Data

Your data remains yours. Table contents and message text stay in your browser; we only receive your registration details and usage counts, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your organisation's records at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SysTransform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of BaseReach, including restrictions placed on your WhatsApp account, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using BaseReach, remove the panel from your Base and uninstall the Chrome extension at any time. We may suspend organisations that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
